2. Local Browser Processing & Performance
My Web PDF operates entirely in your client-side browser space. All conversions, cropping, merging, compressing, and encryption processes occur locally on your machine via WebAssembly and JavaScript frameworks. You acknowledge that document processing speeds, success rates, and memory allocations are directly dependent on your device hardware, system RAM, and browser capability.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All code interfaces, site designs, interactive layout styling, graphics, custom icons, brand identity, and proprietary styling scripts are the intellectual property of My Web PDF. You are permitted a limited, non-transferable license to use the tools for personal and commercial file conversions. Reverse engineering our client-side modules or compiling frameworks is strictly prohibited.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The services on My Web PDF are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Since no files are sent to our servers, we cannot access, retrieve, or recover any files. My Web PDF will not be held liable for file corruption, browser crashes, system freezes, loss of data, or any direct or indirect damages arising out of your use or inability to use our tools.
5. User Conduct and Security
You agree not to exploit, automate, or flood our feedback report webhooks, form fields, or server endpoints. You are responsible for ensuring that the documents you convert locally do not violate any local laws or third-party copyright licenses.
